The new division of ILPEA Galvarplast aimed at responding to new mobility trends in the automotive sector.
Given the current magnitudes of the automotive sector at a global level and its effective drift towards electric, autonomous and efficient mobility, ILPEA saw the opportunity to consolidate its leadership as a supplier in this new market niche within the automotive sector, with the creation of this new business unit “ILPEA Energy Systems” in 2019.
The purpose of ILPEA Galvarplast is to always act in parallel to our customers, taking advantage of the synergies in the continuity of our current business, with a long history and experience, and to enter decisively to promote and lead in our field of competence the opportunities that the transition to the new mobility trends supposes us.
In ILPEA we have always maintained the quality standards established by our clients and we have complied with national and international legislation in all areas of action in which we are present. With the ILPEA Energy Systems business unit we have had to face new challenges due to the variation in materials, components and technologies applied to design, manufacture and market products for hybrid, electric and hydrogen cell vehicles. We have invested in training our technical staff and have implemented new technologies adapted to these products, with the main objective of maintaining the same level of quality that we have always obtained with the families of products that we have traditionally marketed.
We believe that the transition to new forms of mobility is a reality and that little by little it will gain more weight in the market. ILPEA has been researching and developing products adapted to new forms of mobility for years, in order to lead this transition and position ourselves among the international leaders as suppliers of Refrigeration Systems and power transmission of the main OEM’s.
