From June 3 to 5, the ILPEA team had the opportunity to participate in The Battery Show Europe 2025, held in Stuttgart, Germany. This event is one of the most important global gatherings in the battery and automotive electrification sector, bringing together key industry players—from manufacturers to technology providers and experts in sustainable mobility.
Advanced Thermal Management Solutions
Throughout the three-day event, ILPEA showcased a wide range of innovative solutions focused on thermal management, a critical aspect for the performance, safety, and durability of electric vehicle (EV) batteries and electrical systems.
Among the highlighted products were our PPS Thermal Management technologies, offering high thermal and chemical resistance, designed to withstand the demanding operational conditions of electrification systems.
We also presented our advanced thermal management hoses, made from specialized materials to ensure efficient and reliable heat conduction and dissipation in electrical systems. In addition, our fuel lines—meeting the highest standards of safety and flexibility—were showcased as solutions adapted to the needs of hybrid and electric vehicles.
Beyond Thermal Management: Comprehensive EV Solutions
We also introduced TPV-based thermal management systems, developed to provide adaptive and efficient thermal control, which is essential to protect electronic components and maximize energy performance.
Furthermore, ILPEA exhibited its cleaning systems for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)—crucial for maintaining the accuracy and optimal performance of sensors under adverse environmental conditions—and degassing systems that contribute to battery stability and lifespan.
Beyond the technological showcase, the event served as a strategic platform for our team to engage with industry leaders and professionals, exchange experiences, analyze emerging trends, and establish new collaborations that will drive continued innovation in the automotive sector.
