La réduction catalytique sélective (SCR) est un procédé chimique qui, à l’aide d’un catalyseur, élimine les oxydes d’azote (NOx, gaz hautement polluant) et l’ammoniac (NH3).
Dans le secteur automobile, ce système est utilisé dans les véhicules à moteur diesel afin de réduire les gaz à effet de serre.
Un système SCR injecte de petites quantités d’AdBlue® pulvérisé dans les gaz d’échappement pour produire une réaction catalytique qui convertit les gaz toxiques Nox en azote et en vapeur d’eau.
ILPEA fabrique ces systèmes de remplissage. Il s’agit de systèmes qui comprennent des goulottes de remplissage dont les composants plastiques permettent des réductions de poids et de coûts. Ces éléments comprennent l’injection et le soudage d’ensembles intégrés tels que des chambres d’expansion ou des têtes compatibles avec les distributeurs d’AdBlue®. Les tuyaux de remplissage peuvent disposer d’une option de ventilation, couvrant une large gamme de diamètres et de flexibilité pour s’adapter aux besoins du véhicule. Ces dispositifs disposent de leur propre système magnétique anti-erreur afin d’éviter toute confusion lors du ravitaillement en carburant ou en AdBlue®.
